Camp 6 is done and most of the camp riders are enroute back to the U.S. I'm beat but feeling good about the camp. An incredible campaign with some super good results. Especially in the juniors. Yesterday in Sint Nikaas, watching Cody the Kaiser ride to 2nd, Gavin Mannion to 4th, and Eric tearing up to 6th, I thought to myself, geesh...if our guys could spend a season here, learning better the riders and the nuances to the racing here, they could be a dominant force. Race Video – GP Sven Nys

"This was the most beautiful and toughest edition ever," Nys said. "Yesterday I was thinking a lot about this race and I absolutely wanted to win it."  And win he did.  Nys took the race with Zedenek Stybar in second.  Cycling News reported:  Eventually a chain problem from Stybar created the first gap of a couple of meters which the Belgian exploited to maximum advantage. Nys completed the last lap in the fastest time of the race, reaching a blistering average speed of almost 30 kilometers an hour on the technical frozen course.
